These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to all purchases you make from us through our website, over the phone, at a live or virtual event, or in any other manner.

Sales of Our Programs and Services
All of our teaching, mentorship, coaching, and resource programs are designed to help you grow spiritually, walk in your assignment, and steward what God has given you — including in your finances and your business. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific spiritual, personal, financial, or business outcome, and we do not promise that you will achieve any particular goal as a result of participating.
Our programs and services are provided as teaching and information. You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn and for any outcomes that result. Any testimonies shared by other students, members, or attendees are not guarantees of your own results — they are examples of what others have experienced.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, credits, or reversals on any of our products, programs, or services. This applies whether you paid in full, on a payment plan, or through any third-party financing. You also agree that you will not initiate any chargeback, dispute, reversal, clawback, or refund request through any bank, card issuer, financing provider, or other third party.
Financing Agreements Are Binding
If you use a third-party financing service, or obtain financing through us, you acknowledge that you have entered into a binding credit agreement with the financing provider. The terms and conditions of that financing provider govern your repayment. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all payments due under your financing agreement are made on time. If you fail to make payments according to the financing provider's schedule, you agree that you will incur all late fees, penalties, and interest charges imposed by that provider.
Name and Likeness Permission & Release
By attending any of our events — in person, online, or otherwise — you give Robert Henderson Ministries permission to audio record, video record, and photograph you, and to use your name, likeness, voice, video, and image at and from the event for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium now known or hereafter developed. You irrevocably grant to us the rights to use your name, likeness, and any audio or video recordings of you without further payment and without the ability to review the final product before use.
Payment Plans
If you purchase a product, program, or service using a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments. If any scheduled payment is not received on time, the entire purchase is void, your access to the program may be suspended or terminated, and no previously made payments will be refunded.
If you use a third-party lender — even one suggested by us — you agree that you will perform your own due diligence on that lender, and you further acknowledge that we are not affiliated with the lender, have no knowledge of your specific arrangement with the lender, and do not offer any financial advice.
When You Buy from an Affiliate
We make no representations of any kind regarding the products or services of any of our affiliates or partners. Any purchase you make through a third-party affiliate is subject to that affiliate's own terms and conditions.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance if it is caused by an act of God; civil unrest or hostility; telecommunication outage; government restriction; pandemic; or any other event reasonably outside of our control.
